Solidworks Mouse

In my solidsworks class this was the final project. We were to create a computer mouse using the FDM rapid prototyping machine,by using existing components from another mouse. I decided to use the Wacome mouse since it is wireless, and I am fascinated that there is no battery! Careful measurements  were taken from circuit board for the model. After that I created a number of sketches from which an underlay was created. The underlay was then used to create the model.
Once the computer model was checked for draft and fit, a parts file was made and the file was sent for printing. After several hours of printing, the parts were finally ready for finishing. A layer of bondo and filler primer was applied to remove the rough finish from the printer. After a smooth finish was achieved, a final coat of paint was applied and polished.
